In 1999 the firm reviewed its custodial services and related fee structure and was pleased to affirm the leading position occupied by its long-standing custodian, State Street Bank & Trust Company. State Street provides individual safekeeping of client assets and a comprehensive settlement of trade transactions. Client securities are priced daily and corporate action processing, including stock dividends and stock splits are regularly posted to valuations that are prepared and mailed directly to clients.
State Street also prepares entries for proper tax treatment prior to preparation of 1099's and 1042's for individual and trust accounts. State Street provides nominee service to clients, who participate in private equity investments through Nuland & Arshad, Inc.
